Art Deco Cartier inspired silver brooch set with paste stones c1930

This is a wonderful brooch that is a basked of flowers made of paste stones. There is also a bit of enamel work on the leaves. The paste stones are of a very high quality and set in both bezel and prong settings. This is a real masterpiece that is marked Sterling so it is American.
