Enamel and silver peapod brooch , Birmingham 1946

This is a very unusual brooch that is the form of a peapod with peas that are paste stones. The pod is silver with green enamel. It has full English hallmarks for Birmingham 1946 with a makers mark AJS. It also has the Copyright registration Nr 612981 for the design.
