Schreiber and Hiller Art Deco necklace c1930

This a very rare Art Deco necklace by Schreiber and Hiller a German firm that was known for its paste jewellery and who patented the process for channel set stones. The necklace is in galalith with the paste stones channel set. There are also paste roundels between the tubular beads.

It is marked DRGM 1138525 which stands for German Reich Registered Design. It is quite common to see bracelets and collar necklaces by this company with just the paste stones. This necklace might have been made bespoke.
