Double strand of Art Deco Buttersctoch Amber Bakelite Beads, British 1930s

This is very unusual necklace comprising two strands of graduated and marbleised butterscotch amber Bakelite beads. These elegant pieces from the Art Deco era have now been sympathetically restrung with a modern metal clasp to give them a new lease of life for a contemporary wearer so that they can be enjoyed afresh.
