Victorian lizard brooch silver with paste stones c1850
This is a very fine lizard brooch in silver with large paste stones. The green stones could be peridot and the eyes appear to be rubies. It is marked Sterling 935 so it is most likely French or German for export. It is very detailed with fine work on the feet and tail.
