Chinese Verre Églomisé Snuff Bottle with landscape scenes, fitted box, C20th
A Chinese glass snuff bottle of typical flattened oval rounded form with a replacement domed stopper, the interior decorated with intricate landscape scenes depicting a riverbank and a lakeside market and employing the ‘reverse glass’ or ‘verre églomisé’ technique.
