Lustreware novelty Flower Vase with swans, probably French, mid C20th
A majolica style vase naturalistically modelled with overlapping lotus leaves with two swans to the front standing on a rounded rectangular base, the colourful glazes with a lustre effect. These amusing vases were presumably mould made and the paste of the foot suggests continental manufacture, most likely in France which has a long tradition of pieces made in the ‘majolica’ style of which this is probably a fairly recent example dating to the 1950s or 1960s.| Size: | Ht (max)16cm, Width (max) 11.5cm, Depth (max) 7.5cm |
| Weight: | 500gm |

| Condition: | Good condition, no issues. |
| Estimate: | £20 – 30 |
