Native American turquoise bead necklace with original clasp c1960
This is a very rare necklace comprising perfectly graduated turquoise discs. The stones represent the many different shades of turquoise that are found in an around Arizona and New Mexico. Each bead is seperated by a very small amber bead. Amber was used because it is soft and won't scratch the turquoise. It has been restrung using very strong steel wire. It ends with a matching clasp set with a turquoise stone that perfectly complements the necklace.Size: | Largest bead is 16.5 mm, smallest is 4mm |
