Ebony and silver Ottoman bracelet 1940s
This is a very unusual hinged bracelet comprising ebony wood set with engraved silver stations with gold coloured bead work (probably brass). There is a square design on each station that is the wood coming through from behind. The bracelet opens as it is hinged and is very easy to put on and take off. There are two beads on the station that has the clasp but this is intentional so as to indicate where the clasp is. Otherwise it would be impossible to tell.
