Cocktail ring set with a large abalone stone c1950

This is a large ring that sits high on the finger. It is set with an oval abalone stone that has been very finely worked to reveal the rings in the stone in a heavily cast fleur de lis design mount with two accent stones on each side and is marked '925'.
