瓶身呈椭圆形, 直颈, 瓶口稍凸, 撇足, 瓶身以树石庭园为背景, 绘有仕女童子; 仕女似手持器乐, 童子或随乐而舞, 或追逐嬉戏。瓶口及瓶颈上部以蓝彩绘有几何纹样、如意纹及其他点珠纹饰，瓶胫及瓶足也有类似纹饰，底部有蓝彩双方圈 “乾隆年制” 印
