牙雕腕搁一对, 19世纪
each modelled as stylised sectional lotus roots, the exteriors carved with sinuous lotus stems, leaves, seed pods and flowers divided by cross hatched collars, the interiors each finely carved with three graduated oval undercut scenic panels depicting figures at various outside pursuits within wooded landscapes, including figures with a boat to the foreground, figures seated around a table with a dog to the foreground, figures seated around a table within a rockwork landscape, figures within a wooded hilltop settlement, figures and a dog within a wooded rockwork landscape and three figures beside a well (2)
