Art Deco bar Brooch with moonstone cabochon, probably Austrian c1930

This is a very elegant bar brooch that has finely detailed silver work that exhibits both Art Deco and Islamic designs. It is set with a bluish moonstone cabochon and is marked 835. It is most likely Austrian.
