This is an incredible statement necklace with silver plaques depicting the iconic Egyptian figures Tutankhamun, Nefertiti and Ramses III in amazing detail. It is made from Egyptian silver with hallmarks indicating a dating to the 1930s. This type of detailed incised plaque is quite specific to Egyptian jewellery and was developed as a method of depicting Egyptian hieroglyphs for tourists at the turn of the century, continuing in production up to the present day.| Size: | 47 cm x 2.85 cm, each square station measures 2.85 x 4 cm |
